We provide Heart Rate Monitor watches for all HIIT classes. Please come 10 minutes before class so that we can set up the watches for you. We will not be able to set up the watches for you once class starts.

Ready to give indoor cycling a spin? Prepare to drip with sweat, get your blood pumping, and want to come back for more.

Fat burn race is a cardio intensive class which moves through different terrains such as flat, hills, sprints and mountains. Get your heart rate elevated and maintain it in the fat burning zone!

When you are pedaling against resistance in indoor cycling you increase the endurance of the muscles in the legs to include the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and the calf muscles. Working these muscles also helps to strengthen surrounding bones, tendons and ligaments increasing overall strength so that activities of daily living can be performed with ease. 

Indoor cycling classes help you shed fat improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout! 

Ride 50 is a rhythmic cycling class. It is 50 minutes of intense, full body cardio workout where movements on the bike are choreographed to the rhythm of the music. Be prepared to break through and experience and transformative ride. 

Spin shoes are provided. Suitable for beginners to intermediate levels. 

Glute camp guns out

Booty camp for all fitness levels. Expect some crazy fun and lots of BURN!

This class will be conducted in a circuit training format using various training equipment such as: core bag, kettlebells, sandbells, landmine, TRX, wall ball, slam b all, blance trainer, battling ropes, tyres, plyo boxes, bulgarian bag.

Do not worry if you are a newcomer our experienced trainers will be attentive to your needs and continuously check on your form to prevent injuries.

Heart rate monitors are used during this class. Track your heart rate to see how hard you're pushing yourself and how many calories you've burned at the end of the session!

Core Yoga is a stronger yoga practice. It focues on strengthening and stabilising the power house of the body, the is, the core. 

The class is a multilevel class, suitable for beginners to intermediate levels.
