We provide Heart Rate Monitor watches for all HIIT classes. Please come 10 minutes before class so that we can set up the watches for you. We will not be able to set up the watches for you once class starts.

Ride 50 is a rhythmic cycling class. It is 50 minutes of intense, full body cardio workout where movements on the bike are choreographed to the rhythm of the music. Be prepared to break through and experience and transformative ride.
