Les mills RPM
RPM™is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories. With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Ride 50 is a rhythmic cycling class. It is 50 minutes of intense, full body cardio workout where movements on the bike are choreographed to the rhythm of the music. Be prepared to break through and experience and transformative ride.

PSYCLE 45 is a freestyle cycling class that attempts to replicate the feeling of cycling outdoors, by varying the bike's resistance and terrain types, while at the same time to invigorating music.
PSYCLE 45 brings you on a psychedelic experience as the instructor takes you on a journey of discovery - to achieve a heightened state of awareness & to be more connected to your body.
